"As a result of the program, I am delegating more tasks to my team on a daily basis and have learned to plan as much as I can a couple of weeks out. I have been able to free up more time thru each day which allows me to be a more effective communicator and team leader. Learning to trust my team more has allowed me to delegate more work and achieve this goal. I have also learned, on the personal side, to hold my daughter more accountable for some of her behaviors and how to make her reach better decisions. I liked the group discussions after reading the various books and essays that were distributed. It was great to see what other people took away from the reading and how they applied it to their daily routine. I would recommend this class to anyone who has a desire to forward their career and personal life. There are plenty of good habits to learn and make adjustments to reach the next level of any profession. Classes were fun, engaging and helped open the door on several areas where my leadership skills were in need of development so that I could be a better leader."
