"On a scale of 1-10 I would rate it an 11. I've noticed that I am more of aware and better able to recognize certain situations, which in turn allows me to have a better response. For example, recognizing the differences between when to coach and when to teach or when a conversation becomes a crucial conversation. The skills learned can be applied to all aspects of life, which to me make them significantly more value and more likely to be practiced on a daily basis.
