"On a scale of 1-10 I would rate it an 11. I've noticed that I am more of aware and better able to recognize certain situations, which in turn allows me to have a better response. For example, recognizing the differences between when to coach and when to teach or when a conversation becomes a crucial conversation. The skills learned can be applied to all aspects of life, which to me make them significantly more value and more likely to be practiced on a daily basis. My position at the CU has changed dramatically since the beginning of the program and I almost feel like thanks to the different modules we covered I actually have a head start on dealing with my new responsibilities and more specifically dealing with my new staff. I would absolutely recommend this program. I would recommend it to anyone in a position of management, anyone interested in a position of management or even any parents!
