"As a result of this program, I have noticed that I am more aware of the impact that I contribute to the organization. I try to make sure that I'm more prepared when leading meetings, having performance discussions, and interacting with my peers and executives. "The best part of the program was the trainer, our leader Laurie. Absolutely knowledgeable and able to relate to our issues. Although never having to work in childcare, it was great to see that leadership skills cross many job areas and we all can relate and share our experiences. I also really like all the resources and the weekly email of handouts to prepare before for class each week. I am more knowledgeable on the importance of leadership and how it is the key to whether your business is successful or not. The most important change for me is to not take my leadership role for granted and negate its importance.
