Module 6: Leading with Emotional Intelligence (includes personalized assessment)
Module 7: Elevating Success: Principles for Personal and Professional Success
Each of the 7 LIVE monthly sessions includes a discussion of the leadership book The Five Levels of Leadership, handouts, activities, and homework exercises that will allow leaders to practice their new skills and bring real work experiences to the sessions for feedback and learning.
The program also includes three leadership assessments with personalized reports and training.
These modules are very interactive and engaging, and allow participants to receive individual coaching during the process.
